Đối với vợ chồng mình thì việc chăm sóc làn da non nớt, mỏng manh, mềm mại của Nhím khi vừa chào đời rất quan trọng. Mình đã chuẩn bị khá kĩ nhờ vào việc hỏi kinh nghiệm của bạn bè và kinh nghiệm làm việc trong trường mầm non.
Phần 1 – Lựa chọn tã lót
Nhà mình lựa chọn tã Touch 1 của Libero trước khi sinh Nhím và vô cùng hài lòng với độ thấm hút siêu tốt và êm ái, nhẹ nhàng, thân thiện với làn da của con. Đường màu xanh trên tã là tín hiệu báo tã đã đầy và đã đến lúc thay tã mới cho con. Còn chiếc tã mới nguyên thì đường này màu vàng. Lần đầu sử dụng mình đã nghĩ thiết kế này thực sự rất thông minh và giúp ích rất nhiều cho những người lần đầu bỡ ngỡ mới bước vào hành trình làm ba mẹ như vợ chồng mình. Loại tã Touch 1 này cũng được bệnh viện Östra Sjukhuset nơi mình sinh Nhím sử dụng và phân phát cho các bé sinh tại đây nên các ba mẹ có thể hoàn toàn tin tưởng.
Sau một vài tuần sử dụng thì mình muốn thử xem các loại tã khác như thế nào. Nhà mình có thử tã của Pampers và Lupilu Lidl để so sánh về chất lượng. Tã Pampers 1 chất lượng cũng rất tốt, còn Lupilu thì mình thấy chất lượng không tốt bằng. Sau cùng, nhà mình quyết định vẫn “trung thành” với Libero.
Phần 2 – Những thứ liên quan đến thay tã và chăm sóc da vùng nhạy cảm
1. Skötbord – Bàn thay tã
Nhà mình chọn mua bộ MYLLRA 2 trong 1 của IKEA, gồm cả tủ và bàn thay tã để vừa là chỗ thay tã cho con, vừa có chỗ đựng quần áo, tã lót cần thiết.
2. Skötbädd – tấm đệm lót khi thay tã
Có khá nhiều lựa chọn để mua tấm này, sau khi đọc mô tả của nhiều hãng khác nhau thì nhà mình lựa chọn tấm Skötbädd ark kant của Cuba Baby vì lý do mặt bằng ni lông bóng, chống thấm và dễ lau chùi, vệ sinh. So với tấm Skötbädd của IKEA thì ngang giá, nhưng tấm này thiết kế có hình ảnh đẹp và bắt mắt hơn.
3. Överdrag till skötbädd – Tấm ga cho đệm thay tã
Tấm này các mẹ có thể mua ở IKEA hoặc nhiều hãng khác để bọc đệm thay tã.
Riêng nhà mình thì mình được nhỏ bạn thân ở Việt Nam gửi sang cho miếng lót thay tã rời Baby Best 3 lớp chống thấm nên mình dử dụng luôn. Cũng rất tiện dụng, dễ giặt mà không cần tháo gỡ như miếng ga bọc.
4. Mobil – đồ treo di động chỗ thay tã hoặc cũi cho bé
Treo đồ chơi phía trên chỗ thay tã cho bé sẽ giúp bé cảm thấy thích thú hơn trong quá trình thay tã. Việc thay tã trở nên nhẹ nhàng hơn khi ba mẹ có thể vừa thay tã cho bé vừa trò chuyện với bé về tên, màu sắc của những đồ vật treo trên mobil hay đơn giản chỉ là xoay xoay cho vui mắt và bật nhạc giúp bé thư giãn. Thời gian thay tã sẽ trở thành thời gian vui vẻ, thoải mái cho cả ba mẹ và con.
Mình đã mua của hãng Nattou vì loại này mỗi khi bật nhạc là các bạn thú sẽ xoay xoay, Nhím nhà mình đã rất ngạc nhiên và thích mê khi lần đầu mình bật cho con vừa xem các bạn chuyển đồng vừa nghe nhạc. Tới thời điểm hiện tại khi Nhím 1 tuổi rưỡi con đã có thể chỉ và nói tên các bạn “rùa”, “thỏ” mỗi lần thay tã. Điểm cộng của loại này là di động đúng như tên của nó, có thể gắn ở bàn thay tã, cũi em bé hoặc bất cứ nơi đâu có mặt phẳng cố định, phù hợp. Các bạn thú còn có thể tháo rời và cho bé chơi như các món đồ chơi khác, mềm mại và dễ dàng giặt sạch.
Ngoài ra, mình rất thích thiết kế của IKEA, ngoài màu sắc đẹp, các con vật và hình ảnh mềm mại thì IKEA có một điểm cộng là quay mặt các đồ vật, con thú vào phía em bé để các con có thể nhìn thấy. Còn những thiết kế thông thường ở các hãng khác thì quay về phía người xem. Nhớ có lần trên Facebook người ta đăng một hình thực tế là các bé chỉ nhìn thấy m*ng đ*t của mấy con vật, vợ chồng mình cười bò.
5. Skötbord Underlägg – Giấy lót cho bàn thay tã dùng 1 lần
Loại này được sử dụng ở tất cả các trường mầm non Thuỵ Điển nên mình không ngần ngại khi đặt mua cho Nhím. Lý do mà mình đặt mua là vì loại giấy này thân thiện với da em bé, giúp hạn chế việc vấy bẩn sau mỗi lần con đi nặng và giữ vệ sinh chung cho chỗ con nằm thay tã. Giấy lót đã giúp nhà mình giữ miếng lót thay tã không bị đổi màu, xỉn màu, ngả vàng và đỡ phải lau chùi, giặt mỗi ngày.
Mình mua cả thùng 1000 miếng từ Kontorgiganten của Thuỵ Điển, mình thường gấp làm 4 mỗi lần thay tã nên khá tiết kiệm. 1 thùng nhà mình dùng gần 1 năm mới hết.
6. Torr Tvättlapp – Khăn giấy lau cho em bé loại khô
Nhà mình lựa chọn EasiTex Tvättlapp Extra Mjuk, loại khăn giấy khô siêu mềm mịn, thấm hút tốt và thường gọi giấy này là đa năng. Có thể dùng để lau miệng cho con, thay tã cho con, lau khô bình sữa, lau khô ty giả mà không để lại bụi giấy. Bà ngoại Nhím còn tận dụng để lau mũi cho Nhím mỗi khi con bị sổ mũi. Do đặc tính siêu mềm mịn nên mũi Nhím không bị đỏ ửng và đau rát.
Thời gian đầu khi mới sinh bé sẽ đi nặng ra phân su màu đen, keo lại và dính nên mình lựa chọn giấy lau khô EasiTex Tvättlapp Extra Mjuk, siêu mềm mịn để nhúng nước lau cho con. Cũng nhờ sự mềm mại của loaị giấy này mà trộm vía Nhím nhà mình nằm yên để ba mẹ thay tã, không quấy khóc. Trước khi sinh Nhím mình có đọc feedback của các mẹ ở Thuỵ Điển thì 100% yêu thích loại giấy này. Sau khi sử dụng hơn 1 năm rưỡi thì mình hiểu được lý do tại sao nhiều mẹ mê loại này và trong nhà mình không thể thiếu.
7. Våtservetter – Khăn giấy ướt
Khăn giấy ướt nhà mình dùng để thay tã cho Nhím lúc mới sinh và đến khi con ăn dặm thì dùng để lau cho con. Nhà mình đã thử các loại khăn giấy ướt của Libero, Pampers, Hjärtats Baby, Minstingen Baby, Eldorado từ lúc Nhím chào đời đến khi con bắt đầu ăn dặm. Sau khi đánh giá chất lượng và mức độ tiện dụng thì nhà mình quyết định chỉ dùng loại khăn giấy ướt Våtservetter Aqua của Pampers. Lý do đầu tiên là chất lượng, rất mềm mịn và cực kì an toàn 99% là nước và mình có thể cảm nhận được sự thân thiện với da em bé qua mỗi lần sử dụng cho con. Nhím nhà mình còn đòi tự cầm để lau miệng sau mỗi bữa ăn. Cộng thêm thiết kế có nắp nhựa tiện dụng và giúp giữ cho khăn không bị khô sau mỗi lần sử dụng. Sau cùng là mình mua có thể đặt mua online cả thùng 18 bịch giá cả phải chăng.
8. Salva – Kem/thuốc mỡ bôi trơn chống hăm tã và trị hăm tã
a. Kem chống hăm tã
Loại kem chống hăm tã thần thánh mà các mẹ truyền tai nhau là Bephanten. Nhà mình sử dụng cho Nhím từ khi mới sinh, thoa cho con sau mỗi lần thay tã lên vùng da nhạy cảm và trộm vía Nhím chưa hề bị hăm tã lần nào trong 1 năm đầu ở nhà.
b. Kem trị hăm tã
Khi Nhím đi học mầm non, có lần con bị hăm tã sau khi đi học về và thật may mình đã chuẩn bị trước kem trị hăm tã Inotyol để thoa cho con. Loại này là loại đặc trị cho các vết mẩn đỏ, chàm da, đỏ da ở vùng nhạy cảm thay tã, vết bỏng.
2 loại kem này có thể mua ở các nhà thuốc tây Apotek hoặc mua online.
